The five step process

We have designed a smart and simple five step process for dispute resolution. This process provides a straight forward ODR offering that begins with parties agreeing to have their dispute handled by ODR, under standardised terms of engagement and then moves to the following steps:

STEP 1

Engage

Parties engage services of the Arbitrator/Mediator and request our ODR software to facilitate the process.

STEP 2

Terms

Parties sign and agree to our terms of use, and the Mediator/Arbitrators Contract, which includes full confidentiality, and makes payment.

STEP 3

EIADR

The Early Intervention Alternative Disputes Resolution (EIADR) Registrar allocates parties with usernames and passwords for access to our ODR software, and sets up the particulars of the case. Only the parties, the arbitrator/mediator and the EIADR Registrar can see their case documents and details.

STEP 4

 Exchange

Parties file, review, and exchange documents via our online ODR management system which is overseen by the EIADR registrar.

STEP 5

Resolve

The EIADR registrar allocates a hearing date and parties proceed to the virtual hearing room where the arbitrator/mediator helps resolve the dispute.

EIADR Registrar

The Early Intervention Alternative Dispute Resolution (EIADR) registrar was developed to resolve difficulties and risks with non observance of the ODR process, rules of evidence, and document exchange. The purpose of the EIADR registrar is to facilitate the process and reduce parties costs when parties do not fully understand the rules, or chose to disobey the process.

The EIADR registrar assists with:

01

Efficiency

Through handlining the document exchange all parties are ready and informed saving time and preventing adjournments for document delay.

02

Fee Collection

Handlining fee collection makes sure everyone is paying their share and prevents argument.

03

Identity Verification

Confirming your identities makes sure no one access your data and provides greater confidentiality.

04

Scheduling

The EIADR registrar handles scheduling, information exchange, document verification, and all the administration so you get your hearing on time reducing costs.
